With over 10 years of leadership experience at various levels, including 7 years as a hiring manager, I have discovered a love for coaching and helping others to reach their fullest potential. Having led teams of 9 people up to 50+, I am here to help you find your joy without losing your peace!

My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create concrete, actionable steps. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore and achieve your dreams.

I offer a range of services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, resume review, and interview coaching and prep (for people on both sides of the interview table!). I'm here to support leaders at all levels, whether you are new or experienced. I also offer specialized support for leaders who are women, queer, and neurodivergent.
